With more than seventeen years’ experience supporting leaders and organizations with their people-management and human resource issues, Robyn partners with clients to support a broad range of needs, from human resources advisory to workforce planning, facilitation and strategic planning.
Robyn believes in building strong foundations and designing practical and customized solutions to promote a healthy culture, and an engaged and productive workforce.
Robyn has a Masters Degree and Graduate Certificates in Strategic Human Resource Management, and Organizational Design from Royal Roads University. As a life long learner, Robyn maintains memberships with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources, is certified in ProSci Change Management Methodology, and is working towards certification as an ICA ToP Facilitator.
June has extensive experience on both sides of the board table. As the Executive Director for Shuswap Children’s Association for 10 years, June provided oversight to the organization and reporting to the Board of Directors. In her tenure, June ensured the agency maintained CARF accreditation, undergoing a thorough independent review of processes and programs. Prior to joining the child development agency June spent 20 years as a business analyst, working closely with and reporting to a Lending Committee and Board of Directors.
As a committed member of our community, June has been a volunteer director with a number of non-profits, including Salmon Arm Minor Baseball, Literacy Alliance of the Shuswap, and Shuswap Community Resources Co-operative. June served as a director of Salmon Arm Savings and Credit Union for 30 years where she was among the first in Canada to attain the designation of Accredited Canadian Credit Union Director (ACCUD). June has been appointed to numerous City of Salmon Arm advisory committees including Parks, Development Cost Charges Review, Social Impact Committee, Official Community Plan Review, Affordable Housing Committee Project and Governance Sub-committee, Child Care Needs Assessment and Strategy, and the Downtown Parking Commission.
June’s expertise in board governance, non-profit operations, risk management and planning, both as an internal and external stakeholder, offers a balanced perspective to organizations seeking support.
Sheri is an award-winning HR leader with expertise in developing and implementing HR plans, policies and programs to support an organization’s strategy. With more than 25 years as an executive HR leader she is passionate above championing HR best practices to support culture and employee engagement.
Sheri partners with clients to support full-cycle recruitment, policy development, internal communications, performance management, change management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and succesion planning.
Sheri has an MBA in Human Resources from Royal Roads University and earned the 2019 Award of Excellence HR Professional of the Year from the Chartered Professionals Human Resources BC and Yukon. Sheri’s collaboration on the Corporate Mom’s Learning Series was nominated as an Innovation Finalist (2010) by the Human Resources Management Association for providing return-to-work coaching aimed at increasing the retention of new mothers. Sheri was an active member of the Okanagan College Foundation Board, and is an incoming board member of the provincial CPHR board.
Sheri is a proud mom to Sophie and Fynn and is an avid recreational runner and CrossFitter.
