ROBYN JESPERSEN

Robyn Jespersen is a Human Resource Professional (CPHR) and Principal of Moxy HR.

With more than fifteen years experience supporting leaders and organizations with their people management and human resource needs, Robyn is passionate about aligning HR initiatives with big picture goals.

Robyn believes that a healthy culture is key to an engaged and productive workforce, and that all businesses, regardless of size, need a ‘people’ strategy to align their business direction with their people outputs. Whether you have a new business that is just getting started or operate an established organization that needs to align workforce and growth goals, Moxy HR is committed to working within your budget and delivering practical solutions.

Robyn has a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and Graduate Certificates in Strategic Human Resource Management, and Organization Design and Development from Royal Roads University.

As a life long learner, Robyn maintains membership with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC & Yukon, is certified in ProSci Change Management Methodology and is a member of the BC Organizational Development Network.
